Stephanie Thompson wins ‘Star Junior’ at Chambers High Net Worth Awards 2024

Stephanie is experienced in high-value, complex trusts litigation and her domestic practice is complemented by extensive offshore experience including in Bermuda, The Bahamas, the BVI (where she was admitted in 2022), the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and New Zealand. She is also experienced in the relatively new field of trust arbitration, having acted in arbitrations concerning trusts and foundations under the UNCITRAL and ICC Rules. She is particularly interested in the intersection between trusts and fraud.
