The rise of fake disputes – what should legal practitioners look out for?

Our panel will explore the evolving and complex world of fake disputes and what legal practitioners need to look out for.

From the dangers of sham arbitrations and hostile litigation, fake arbitration awards and claims arising out of deepfakes, we will take a look at the latest tactics and issues in recent cases and how lawyers can (try to) stay one step ahead.
