Transcontinental Trusts – Conference

John Machell QC and Richard Wilson QC will be speaking at an IBC conference on Transcontinental Trusts which takes place at the InterContinental Hotel in Geneva from 13-15 June 2016.

The conference will be focussing on “Shaping the Global Agenda of the Offshore World”. Richard Wilson QC will be speaking on “A Cold Snap – How Freezing Injunctions can Affect Trusts and Trustees” on 13 June, whilst John Machell QC will discuss “Challenging Fiduciary Decisions” on 14 June.
