Trust & Estate Litigation Forum (TELF) 2020

Serle Court will be, once again, sponsoring the Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2020 taking place in Marrakech, Morocco, from Wednesday, 26th to Friday, 28th February 2020.

The conference is a great opportunity for trust and estate litigators to gather, connect and discuss recent contentious trust proceedings from across the globe. 

Dakis Hagen QC, one of the members of the Private Client Global Elite Advisory Board, will be co-chairing the conference. John Machell QC will be speaking on 'Legitimate children, trusts and human rights' and Professor Jonathan Harris QC on 'Conflict of laws: Exclusive jurisdiction clauses in trusts'.

Dominic Dowley QC will be attending the event.
