Wilson Leung spoke to The University of Law London Alumni Network on UK-Hong Kong dispute resolution

Wilson Leung spoke at a seminar on 29 June 2023 organised by the University of Law London Alumni Network (LAN) on the topic of “UK and China cross-border dispute resolution: Practising tips and risk management”, alongside James Ng and Karen Haiye Wang of Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Drawing on his 15 years of experience at the Hong Kong and English Bar, Wilson highlighted a number of key similarities and differences between commercial litigation practice in the two jurisdictions, including cross-border litigation, electronic disclosure, litigation funding, alternative business structures, and more.
