For the 5th consecutive year, C5 are hosting their Fraud, Asset and Recovery Asia Conference on 10-11 June 2019, at the Conrad Hong Kong Hotel. The conference, aimed at civil fraud practitioners, has a diverse regional focus, as the international aspect of the audience ensures that there are many opportunities to network and share experiences of asset recovery with experts from across the world.

• The circumstances in which a director of a company may be made liable to a third party for assisting the company of which he/she/it is a director or any other breach of fiduciary duty.
• The potential liability of off-shore financial service providers for assisting a breach of fiduciary duty: company formation and administration agents, bankers, solicitors, directors of private trust companies and real estate agents.
