Emma Hargreaves is recognised for her specialist Chancery work in The Lawyer’s Hot 100

Congratulations to Emma Hargreaves who has been recognised in The Lawyer Hot 100 list.  The Lawyer says that at only six years call "the reputation she has developed in that short time is superb." She "has carved out an unexpected niche as a specialist Chancery barrister".

Emma continues to work on the case of Edwardian Hotels, led by Daniel Lightman QC, an unfair prejudice petition raising issues of quasi partnership, breach of fiduciary duty, minority discount and date of valuation.

The Lawyer says that, "In line with her chambers’ ever-increasing focus on offshore work, the Caribbean will continue to be a fruitful area for Hargreaves as the future looks ever more promising."
