Jonathan Fowles - RSPCA Annual General Meeting

On 29 June 2019, the membership of the RSPCA, the largest animal welfare charity in the UK, voted at its AGM in favour of significant reforms of the charity's governance.

Jonathan Fowles of Serle Court, led by Shaheed Fatima QC (Blackstone Chambers), advised the charity on aspects of those reforms relating to the size and composition of the RSPCA's governing Council. Details of the AGM and reference to their joint advice can be found here.
