Practice Overview

Teaches Principles of Commercial Law, Transnational Commercial Law, International Trade, Contract and Tort at the University of Oxford.

Previously Norton Rose Lecturer of Commercial Law at University College London and Visiting Fellow in Commercial Law at the London School of Economics.

The book Restitution at the Crossroads won Joint First Prize, Cavendish Book Prize 2001.
