Members of Serle Court are happy to take direct instructions from in-house lawyers, and from organisations or individuals licensed by the Bar Standards Board under their Licensed Access Scheme.
This provides a cost-effective way to obtain timely, specialist advice. Most of the work we undertake for in-house counsel or licensed access practitioners is advisory, but can also include pre-litigation planning. If the matter moves to litigation, we can guide this process and recommend appropriate firms from our extensive list of instructing solicitors.
If you would like to discuss any of the routes for instructing our barristers, our Practice Management Team will be very happy to assist.
