Christopher Stoner QC encourages participation in online survey on the Protocol for Dispute Resolution in Sports

Law in Sport has continued its work on the impact of Covid-19 on sports dispute resolution and on 12 August 2020 published its second (supplemental) report in which it supported the previously published Protocol for Dispute Resolution in Sports with Guidance Notes. Christopher Stoner QC is one of the members of the Ad Hoc working party (AWDRES-C19) and encourages anyone with an interest in sports disputes to carefully consider the Protocol and Guidance Notes and, if at all possible, to complete the feedback survey to help assess and refine them.

The guidance notes and a link to the survey can be found here.
