DIFC Courts – Beyond the Scope: ‘The future of remote hearings – a temporary solution or the future for court proceedings?’

Zoe O' Sullivan will be taking part as a panellist in the DIFC Courts virtual event series entitled 'Beyond the Scope', taking place Tuesday, April 19 2022 from 11:00 – 12:30 (GST). In the second episode of the series Zoe will be discussing 'The future of remote hearings – a temporary solution or the future for court proceedings?' 

Zoe will be speaking alongside other industry experts across the judicial and legal sphere, including: Dr Mark McLaughlin (Singapore Management University) and Janet Clark (HMCTS). The event will be moderated by DIFC Courts registrar, Nour Hineidi. 

This event series is an initiative introduced by the DIFC Courts to garner and drive discussions across legal and judicial topics and will be held via Microsoft Teams.
