ASCOLA Chapter: Antitrust Private enforcement webinar

Professor Suzanne Rab will be speaking at a webinar,“Antitrust Private enforcement – Why isn’t it working in the Baltic States and in Poland? What can we learn from the Netherlands and the UK?” - on Wednesday 22 June, 13:00-15:00 CET.

Suzanne will be on the panel discussion at 13:30 CET alongside Sophie Gillian, Chaimaa Ben-Lahcen, (BarentsKrans the Netherlands), Rita Paukštė, (TGS Baltic, Vilnius, Lithua), Elo Tamm, (COBALT, Tallinn, Estonia) and Dr Dominik Wolski (University of Warsaw, Poland).

The webinar is jointly organised by Jurgita Malinauskaite (Brunel University London, UK; Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania) and Małgorzata Kozak (RENFORCE, Utrecht University, the Netherlands). This webinar brings together academics and practitioners from the different jurisdictions, such as Estonia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK to discuss the challenges faced in private antitrust enforcement.
