Commercial Series: Hot Topics in Share Sale Disputes

Over the next year, members of Serle Court will be delivering a series of seminars focusing on recent developments in different areas of commercial litigation, and how these developments affect clients and practitioners. The series will include seminars on Share Sale Disputes, Fiduciary Duties in Commercial Contexts and Private International Law.
The first in the series, titled Hot Topics in Share Sale Disputes, is taking place on Tuesday 12 March 2019. The session will be chaired by leading Commercial Chancery and Partnership Silk, John Machell QC. The panel speakers, David Drake, Dan McCourt Fritz and Charlotte Beynon will speak about misrepresentation, expert determination clauses and restrictive covenants in share purchase agreements.
Registration will be open from 17:45, with the seminar commencing at 18:00. The members of Serle Court invite you to join them after the seminar for drinks and canapes.
