Serle Court is pleased to sponsor TL4 FIRE International: Vilamoura  which will be held at EPIC SANA Algarve, Portugal on 19th-21st May 2026. We will also be hosting the closing networking activity: The FIRE Boat Party on Friday, 21st May from 2:10 PM. 

James Mather will be speaking on Day 3 at 11:30 AM as part of a panel discussing "HNW On the Move and the Impact on Cases." James will be joined by Lucas Moore (Payne Hicks Beach), Axel Benjamin Herzberg (BODENHEIMER) and Mohammed Al Dahbashi (ADG Legal). The panel will explore topics including: 

• How HNW Individuals moving overseas are impacting asset recovery cases
• Maintaining the case to stay in the home country, instead of where they resettled
• Impacts on cross-jurisdiction cases and ensuring the right procedures
