The Hague Judgments Convention 2019 enters into force in England on 1 July 2025 and is of great practical importance for the cross-border recovery of assets. It is the first worldwide convention on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments; and will re-establish a regime for the mutual enforcement of judgments with EU Member States. In this seminar, using a series of case studies, we will explore how the Convention operates and the practical impact that it will have on cross-border commercial and chancery litigation.
Due to limited capacity, the event is by invitation only. To express your interest in attending, please reach out to our Business Development Team via email events@serlecourt.co.uk.
