Nuffield Health – Public benefit gets a workout

Jonathan Fowles will be addressing members of the Charity Law Association at their 5 March meeting.

Jonathan will be speaking about the Supreme Court case of Merton LBC v Nuffield Health  [2023] UKSC 18 in which Jonathan appeared for the Appellant, and in particular about the important charity law aspects and implications of the Supreme Court’s judgment.
