After the presentations, we invite you to join our barristers, clerks, and colleagues for drinks and light bites from 19:00.

Seminar Details:

  • Chaired by Jennifer Meech, this seminar will explore key issues related to neighbouring or adjoining land, offering practical insights on managing these challenges.
  • Amy Proferes will discuss strategies for handling difficult neighbour disputes, including harassment, defamation, anti-social behaviour injunctions, and other forms of interim relief.
  • Andrew Bruce will examine cases involving rights of way, addressing the question: When does a neighbour’s use of a right of way become excessive?
  • Christopher Stoner KC will review recent Supreme Court decisions on nuisance, shedding light on the current position of nuisance claims.
