Marc Delehanty will be speaking at the 2025 Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum today, 19 June from 13:50 - 14:40. 

Marc will join by co-panellists Andrew Barns-Graham (3 Hare Court), Anna Lintner (Maitland Chambers), Isabel Petrie (Selborne Chambers) and Zachary Kell (Radcliffe Chambers) for their session on 'Annual contentious insolvency and restructuring case-law update', where Counsel will outline the most important contentious insolvency or creditor related decision of the past 12 months (in their view), with the key takeaway from the case. The panel will be by Kit Smith (Keidan Harrison).
