Simon Gore Contentious Probate 2021 Seminar

Constance McDonnell QC, Giles Richardson and Amy Proferes will be speaking at Simon Gore's Contentious Probate 2021 Seminar on Thursday, 13th May. The interactive seminar aimed at Contentious Probate Lawyers, administrators, and litigators, will take place virtually and will be available as a recording to view at a later date. 

Constance will discuss 'Evidence in want of knowledge and approval cases: what is the court looking for?' at 12:00.

Giles will join a panel session discussing 'What is the current situation on Public Trustee v Cooper applications post Schumacher v Clarke' alongside James Lister (Stevens and Bolton) at 14:45. 

Amy will provide an update on Will forgery cases; discussing legal validity under s9 of the Wills Act 1837, Benefits and drawbacks of forensic handwriting analysis, and a Case update, including Re Brunt [2021] EWHC 368 (Ch) at 16:15.
