FIRE Starters Global Summit
Max Marenbon will be speaking at FIRE Starters Global Summit: Dublin, 26th – 28th February 2025. This Next Gen event brings together the rising stars of Asset Recovery, Fraud & Insolvency to forge networks, discuss experiences and build their own personal brand.
Max will be speaking on Wednesday, 26th February at 4.20pm on a panel titled: ‘Enforcement is Key’. This talk will touch on topics such as:
- Enforcing arbitration awards against third parties
- Maximising the chance of recovery
- Gaining judicial support and assistance
- Fast tracking communication and orders
Max will be joined by Fabio Trevisan (Partner – BSP, Luxembourg), Marek Keiman (Managing Associate – Magnusson, Estonia) and Simon Jerrum (Partner – Russell Cooke).
