Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA): Arbitrating INDO-UK Commercial Disputes
Zoe O'Sullivan QC will be speaking at the ICA Arbitrating INDO-UK Commercial Disputes conference taking place on Tuesday 5th July 2022.
The ICA promotes and administers the use of Alternate Dispute Resolution in commercial disputes and is organising this event with the support of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI)
Zoe is on the panel session at 12-1PM discussing 'Med-Arb: Developing a collaborative model' with Justice L. Nageswara Rao (Former Judge Supreme Court of India, New Delhi) and Edwin Glasgow CBE QC (39 Essex Chambers).
