Informa: Transcontinental Trusts Bermuda 2023

• Richard Wilson KC will speak at 12:00 (UTC -3) at the 'Offshore Case Roundup' session. Richard will be speaking alongside Rachael Reynolds KC (Ogier) and James Price (Stewarts).
• Dan McCourt Fritz KC will be speaking at 14:45 (UTC -3) with Shân Warnock-Smith KC (5 Stone Buildings) and Anthony Poulton (Baker McKenzie) on a panel discussing the 'Implications of Halabi/Insolvency'.

On Friday, 7th July:

• Thomas Fletcher will speak at 16:00 (UTC -3) on the 'Beneficial Ownership Registers: Where are We Now and What is Next?' panel with Filippo Noseda (Mishcon de Reya).
