Cambridge Analytica was placed into liquidation yesterday. Serle Court's Eleni Dinenis acted as junior counsel representing Professor David Carroll, a creditor who brought a data protection claim against the group, raising concerns about the independence of the proposed Liquidators. Judgment was handed down in the High Court by Mr Justice Norris.
