Judgment in Filatona Trading Ltd and Ors v Navigator Equities Ltd and Ors [2020] EWCA Civ 109

Judgment was handed down today by the Court of Appeal in Filatona Trading Ltd and Ors v and Navigator Equities Ltd and Ors [2020] EWCA Civ 109, in one of the most significant agency cases in recent years. The Court clarified the principles which determine when a disclosed or undisclosed principal will be precluded from exercising rights under a contract.
