Mediation: Trends and Opportunities in Challenging and Changing Times
On Wednesday 27 January Professor Suzanne Rab will explore recent developments in mediation. The webinar will take place from 2-3pm (IST) / 8.30-9.30am GMT.
The webinar takes place against a backdrop of COVID-19, restrictions on physical court hearings and advances in technology which mean that disputing parties are increasingly turning to online mediation as a cost-effective route to settle their conflict.
