Michael Edenborough QC comments for The Independent on whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be able to use the Sussex Royal brand if they are not officially royals. This story follows a filed complaint from an Australian doctor (Mr. Worcester) known as a "Notice of Threatened Opposition" to the UK Intellectual Property Office. Michael comments that although Dr. Worcester has only filed an intention to oppose, it could see Harry and Meghan enter a lengthy legal battle.
