Mourant Guernsey Trusts Forum 2021

Matthew Morrison will be speaking at Mourant Guernsey Trusts Forum on Tuesday, 12th October 2021. The forum will be taking place at St Pierre Park Hotel.

Members of Mourant’s leading International Trusts and Private Client team will join industry experts in delivering insights on key topics and trends in the private client sector.

The Forum will be chaired by Paul Hodgson, Managing Director of Butterfield Trust.

Matthew has a broad commercial chancery practice, with a particular emphasis on civil fraud, company and partnership, insolvency, and trust litigation. He is also regularly instructed as junior counsel in large-scale commercial and chancery matters both onshore and offshore. Matthew has significant experience of assisting advocates in appearances before the Royal Courts of Jersey and Guernsey.

Matthew will be speaking from 11:35 AM – 12:20 PM on the session titled ‘Can a trust be insolvent?’ alongside Melanie Hart, Partner at Ince Gordon Dadds. The moderator on the panel is Justin Harvey-Hills, Partner at Mourant.
