This article considers the Court of Appeal’s decision in Dawson-Damer and others v Taylor Wessing LLP [2017] EWCA Civ 74 regarding a beneficiary’s right to obtain disclosure of information in relation to a Bahamian trust from the trust’s English lawyers.
