Andrew Francis writes for the New Law Journal

In an article for the New Law Journal, Andrew Francis, who is one of the members of the Property Team at Serle Court, has written about three very recent judgments on limitation of claims.  As practitioners will be aware, this is a tricky and sometime perilous area of law, especially if time limits are missed, or steps in claims are taken too late.  In Andrew’s property work, in his experience specific time limits can easily be overlooked.  Even where there is no specific period, such as in claims for equitable relief, delay is the enemy.
