Attorney General Appoints Jonathan Fowles as Junior Counsel to the Treasury in Charity Matters
On 4 September 2024, the Attorney General appointed Jonathan Fowles as Junior Counsel to the Treasury in Charity matters.
In this role, Jonathan is charged with the responsibility of advising the Attorney General in their constitutional function as a defender of charity and the charitable interest and representing them in litigation where necessary.
