Book Review: Restrictive Covenants and Freehold Land: A Practitioner’s Guide

New Law Journal provides a Book Review following the recent publication of 'Restrictive Covenants and Freehold Land: A Practitioner's Guide' by Andrew Francis.

The review highlights the new stylistic approach of the book, and the updating required by a plethora of case law since the last edition in 2013. The new edition also offers an enlarged analysis of the procedural stages in applications under s84(1) of the Law of Property Act 1925.
