Case Note on Cooper & Ors. v Ludgate House Limited [2025] EWHC1724 (Ch)

The much-awaited judgment in the Bankside Lofts litigation (Cooper & Ors. v Ludgate House Limited [2025] EWHC1724 (Ch)) was handed down by Fancourt J. on Tuesday, 8th July.
