Dan McCourt Fritz to be appointed King’s Counsel

Serle Court is delighted to announce that Dan McCourt Fritz will be appointed King’s Counsel in March this year. At 15 years’ call, Dan is among the very first of his cohort to take silk. The 2023 KC appointments will be the first to be made by King Charles III. Dan’s appointment will bring the number of King’s Counsel at Serle Court up to 28.

Dan’s practice centres on three inter-related chancery specialisms: company law, civil fraud and trust disputes, often involving multiple jurisdictions. Dan’s appointment to silk represents a natural progression from his position as one of the leading juniors at the chancery commercial bar (most recently recognised by his 2022 Legal 500 shortlisting as chancery junior of the year).
