Gregor Hogan called to the British Virgin Islands Bar

Serle Court is delighted to announce that Gregor Hogan has been admitted to The British Virgin Islands Bar.

Gregor has a busy Chancery and commercial practice with particular interests in contentious trusts and probate litigation including in financial remedy proceedings, commercial disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing. He regularly appears, both led and unled, in the High Court and frequently before the DIFC Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal where is also a Registered Practitioner. Gregor is ranked as a Rising Star for Trusts and Probate in the Legal 500 and by both Chambers Global and the Legal 500 for his commercial practice in the Middle East. Gregor has experience advising on matters involving all the major offshore jurisdictions as well as being co-editor of the 11th edition of Tudor on Charities and contributing author to the DIFC Courts Practice.
