Michael Edenborough QC features in Intellectual Property Magazine
In an article for Intellectual Property Magazine, Michael Edenborough QC comments on the IP issues from sales of counterfeit and pirated items. An EU Commission report blames weak IP enforcement, insufficient public awareness and low sanctions for the ‘alarming’ number of imported EU fakes. Michael states that "if trademark holders find others have registered their brands, they must attack as hard as possible, using all possible routes to deter them and others."
