Michael Edenborough QC reviews “European Court Procedure: A Practical Guide” by Viktor Luszcz for IPKat

Michael Edenborough QC has been invited by IPKat to to provide a Guest Book Review on “European Court Procedure: A Practical Guide” by Viktor Luszcz. The book aims to provide a comprehensive reference tool for practising lawyers offering guidance to national judges dealing with cases raising points of EU law and insights into the reasoning process of the EU Courts, to the interest to scholars.

Michael comments that while the authors clearly know the relevant general procedural legislation, with respect to the IP elements a certain circumspection ought to be exercised when straying into the finer details.  However, Michael does suggest that the book is a wonderful source of information about the legislation and related case law on procedure before the GC and CJEU.
