Michael Edenborough QC has written an article for the Intellectual Property Magazine titled “Road to nowhere”. The article discusses the recent decision in Jaguar Land Rover Ltd v Ineos Industries Holdings Ltd [2020] EWHC 2130 (Ch) where the court has dismissed the appeal by Jaguar Land Rover against the refusal by the UK IPO to register various 3D trademarks for certain car types. Michael's article will be featured in the IP magazine October's edition.
