Professor Suzanne Rab comments on The Times article “A-level grading: legal threat to universities wrestling with extra offers". The article discusses how students could take legal action if they have to defer for a year after receiving a university offer.  Suzanne suggests “that universities had been placed in an untenable position, adding to the challenges of COVID-19.”
