Professor Suzanne Rab was invited to discuss recent trends in early neutral evaluation.  Her article “Just in time for Early Neutral Evaluation” published in New Law Journal. The article explains the pros and cons of ENE, and how there has been an increase in ENE in the context of COVID-19, which can be arranged quickly and conducted remotely.
