In an article for LegalWeek "High Scrutiny of Hi-tech Data Practices", Professor Suzanne Rab discusses the European Commission's latest investigations into Google and Facebook. Suzanne states that "For Google, the latest investigation follows three EU competition law infringement decisions in as many years (Google Shopping, Google Andriod and Google Adsense)".
