Serle Court is pleased to have gained a Tier 1 ranking for ‘Mediators’ in The Legal 500 (Legalease) UK Bar 2024 directory.

Serle Court’s mediators have mediated disputes across several jurisdictions and often mediate in multi-party disputes.  A number of mediators are also happy to act as co-mediators in difficult multi-party negotiations. In recent years, many have become practised at conducting online mediation. Serle Court has 4 barristers recommended in this area, but is home to a vast team of Mediators. You can find out about their mediation styles, and practice area expertise in our Mediation Brochure here.

Elizabeth Jones KCappreciated for her 'understated approach, which conceals a steely determination', has a longstanding mediation practice that covers a broad array of complex disputes.

Also mediating through IPOS Mediation, Beverly-Ann Rogers is 'always enormously well prepared and arrives with a clear road map towards a potential settlement. Clients and lawyers value her calm, knowledgeable approach to mediation, and she can deal with pretty much any kind of dispute'. Particularly noted for her expertise across the full range of Chancery and commercial law, Rogers' mediation practice covers trusts, estates, property, partnership, company, and professional negligence, as well as general commercial and employment disputes. Recent appointments include a complex dispute over a family estate, and a shareholder conflict involving film animation companies in England and California.

Recently moving into full-time ADR work, Jennifer Haywood is 'a calm and constructive presence, even in fraught and emotive mediations'. Haywood conducts mediations across the spectrum of Chancery and commercial disputes, particularly in relation to trusts, partnerships, company law, and commercial disputes.
