On Wednesday 16 December judgment was handed down in the matter of The Incorporated Trustee of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit etc. v Antill & Antill [2020] EWHC 3466 (Ch).  Andrew Francis appeared on behalf of the Claimant instructed by Howard Kennedy LLP.  The judgment addressed the technical issues which affect the ability to claim the right to enforce restrictive covenants over freehold land.  To read about the decision please click here.
