Zoe O’Sullivan QC and Sophia Hurst of Serle Court consider the updated DIFC-LCIA Rules which came into effect on 1 January 2021.  They consider the changes brought about by the COVID pandemic and how the rules have been adapted to facilitate virtual and electronic proceedings as well as the provisions brought in to address problems that arise in cases where there are multiple parties.
