William Henderson and Jonathan Fowles are the editors of the 10th edition of the established charities text, Tudor on Charities, which has just been published by Sweet & Maxwell.  This new edition, the first since 2003, has been substantially re-written, and includes a chapter on tax by Julian Smith of Farrer & Co.
