The First Supplement to ‘Tudor on Charities, 10th Edition’ by William Henderson and Jonathan Fowles of Serle Court is now available to purchase from Sweet & Maxwell. Julian Smith of Farrer & Co has also written a chapter for the book on the taxation of charities.  

This supplement takes account of the development in the statute and common law relevant to charities since the previous edition was published in 2003.
