Two new Silks for Serle Court Chambers

Serle Court is delighted to announce that, following the results of the 2019 Queen's Counsel competition, Justin Higgo and Timothy Collingwood have been informed that they will be appointed to Silk at a ceremony to be held in March 2020.

Justin specializes in commercial and commercial chancery litigation and advice and has extensive offshore experience (in particular in the Channel Islands, BVI and in Cayman). He is widely recognised as a leading commercial chancery practitioner and has particular expertise in domestic and international commercial disputes, commercial fraud and pre-emptive remedies, domestic and international trusts, international arbitration, company, and banking.

Tim has a broad commercial and chancery practice, with a particular emphasis on litigation concerning issues in respect of commercial agreements and company, insolvency and international trusts matters. He has extensive experience of claims concerning breaches of duty, in particular in respect of directors or trustees and frequently involving allegations of fraud, and of shareholder disputes.

We would like to congratulate both members.
