Change and reform in property law conventionally follows the pace of a meandering stream but the past two years has, by historical standards, been torrential. In this year’s Annual PBA Conference, taking place on Wednesday, 8 November, the speakers will look at some of the areas of reform and change and what they mean for real property.
Christopher Stoner KC and Andrew Francis will lead Workshop 4 at 13:00 titled ‘Looking from the viewing gallery at Tate Modern with different legal spectacles.’ How far is a landowner better off with the benefit of nuisance and annoyance etc. covenants compared with a claim in private nuisance in tort?
If you are not a member of the PBA (including pupils), please contact enquiries@propertybar.org.uk to book a place.
