• Acted for 4-5 years and appeared in the Supreme Court of the Bahamas (18 day trial) and the Bahamas Court of Appeal (6 days) in Skinner v Jervis & KST Investments Ltd. The final appeal was heard by the Privy Council in England in October 2010. This case related to a joint venture of a prestigious residential development in the Grand Bahamas.
• Patrick was the Judge in a substantial Royal Court of Guernsey forum case called Carlyle; the competing forums were Guernsey, Delaware, New York and District of Columbia. This matter was a £125,000,000 breach of company directors’ duties claim.
