Seminar Details:

Chaired by Jennifer Meech, this seminar will explore key issues related to neighbouring or adjoining land, offering practical insights on managing these challenges.
Amy Proferes will discuss strategies for handling difficult neighbour disputes, including harassment, defamation, anti-social behaviour injunctions, and other forms of interim relief.
Andrew Bruce will examine cases involving rights of way, addressing the question: When does a neighbour’s use of a right of way become excessive?
Christopher Stoner KC will review recent Supreme Court decisions on nuisance, shedding light on the current position of nuisance claims.
